not only do i agree that being an art deco bride would be really neat, but isn’t she the prettiest? lavender espadrilles, cap sleeves and that lace! i shouldn’t get ahead of myself here, but this is my kinda bride and i hope to mimic her ease and natural beauty on my wedding day

after years and years of watching beauty and the beast, you’d think i would have subtly learned from belle that pale brunettes can wear yellow. yet, for some reason whenever i see a pretty little yellow dress in a shop, i continually doubt it will look good.

we sure are on a roll today with articles of clothing i’m totally smitten with, both featuring peter pan collars. this time, this article is white and a dress…and boy-oh-boy. white dresses say summer. they say cool. they say breezy. this one in particular says wear me.

i remember this happening a few times at prom, two or three girls wearing the same dress. similar looks were exchanged for far less classy get-ups.
instead of glaring at a girl wearing the same thing as you, — or giving one of those snide head-to-toe looks — you should smile at her, she clearly has great taste that you approve of!
